Sandra Li
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Sandra has been an important and iconic leader in the migration industry for over two decades in China and Australia.
She is one of the founding members of the Migration Institute of China and successfully procured the first Significant Investor Visa application globally.
Sandra and her team have brought circa $900 million investment dollars into Australia and her
clients often joke that she deserves a gold medal from the Prime Minister.
Sandra has a strong network in China throughout all industry sectors and welcomes the opportunity to bring some of the world's best talent to help Australia innovate and grow.

Colin Ho
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Colin has been engaged with the China-Australia talent market for many years and brings an incredible level of support for his clients.
​
With experience across Australia, China, USA and European markets, he ensures AOYE is running smoothly, at maximum efficiency and productivity.
Colin works closely with Sandra and Peter in developing long-term operational strategies and helping AOYE to meet company objectives. Ensuring consistent and efficient workflows, yielding optimal productivity and performance across the AOYE Group.

Based in Sydney, Colin closely liaises with our oversees team to ensure a seamless experience throughout the whole process.
